How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for orders placed before 12 PM EST. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.

Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?

Yes, because our hair is 100% human hair, you can curl, wave, and straighten it just like your own. However, we recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping tools below 350°F (180°C) to extend the lifespan of the hair.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions that have been removed from their security ties or worn.

How do I choose the right color match?

We offer a free color-matching service! You can email us a photo of your hair in natural sunlight, or purchase one of our swatches to compare at home before committing to a full set.
